Steve Kloyda

For more than 30 years, Steve Kloyda has been creating unique selling experiences that transform the lives of salespeople, prospects and customers.  As Founder of The Prospecting Expert, Steve teaches salespeople how to create their plan for sales and prospecting success which attracts more prospects and drives more sales!

Steve began his sales career as a stockbroker in 1980. Without prior sales or business experience, he quickly developed unique prospecting skills and disciplines that produced phenomenal results. He opened 180 new accounts in 8 months, setting a company record of nine new accounts in one day.

In addition to facilitating thousands of workshops across the country, he has personally:

•    Made more than 250,000 telephone sales and prospecting calls.
•    Listened to and analyzed more than 25,000 sales calls.
•    Facilitated more than 6,000 one-on-one coaching sessions.

Scott "The Professor" Plum

Scott Plum started his sales career at age 21 in 1987 – 30 years ago and founded the Minnesota Sales Institute 15 years later in 2002 to teach salespeople how to increase their closing ratio, generate more revenue and stop cutting their price to win the business 

He is Master Certified Negotiation Expert and has taught ALL the classes for the Real Estate Negotiation Institute

Scott published his first book titled; Taking Off into The Wind: Creating Lift Out of Life and his second one will be out in the Spring called, Doing it for Real: Is your Commitment greater than the Consequences?

He serves clients with onsite classes and workshop, individual and group coaching and consulting on sales process and compensation.

Scott has served as president of the Professional Sales Association (PSA) and the Sales and Marketing Executives (SME).
